These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Opereva (the “Platform”). Opereva publishes a structured, machine‑readable record of your business — your services, prices, hours, availability and policies — so that AI assistants can answer questions about you accurately and, where you allow it, take a booking. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally permitted to operate your business and to sell the goods or services you publish through the Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining any licences, permits, registrations, certifications and insurance your jurisdiction requires. Opereva does not verify, provide or guarantee any of them on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish. Prices, availability, service descriptions and policies are yours; we transmit them, we do not check them.
Opereva is a software platform only. We are not a seller, service provider, agent, broker or booking agency, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into. Every obligation to your customer — performing the work, honouring the booking, handling complaints and refunds — is between you and them.
The Platform publishes only what you enter or connect, and permits only the actions you switch on. An assistant cannot invent a price, book outside the hours you set, or offer a service you have not listed. You can change what is published, or withdraw it entirely, at any time.
You grant Opereva a non‑exclusive licence to reproduce and transmit that information — including to third‑party AI assistants, search services and the customers who reach you through them — for the purpose of operating the Platform. That licence ends for new distribution when you remove the information or close your account, though copies already retained by third parties are outside our control.
You are the merchant of record on every sale. Payouts go to your account on your normal schedule and refunds run through your existing process.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and transaction fees are charged on completed transactions, both at the rates shown on our pricing page at the time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non‑refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, publish false or misleading information about your business, misrepresent your credentials, list goods or services you cannot lawfully sell, harass or endanger customers, or attempt to manipulate how assistants rank or describe other businesses. You are responsible for all content published under your account.
Opereva makes your information available to AI assistants and other services operated by third parties. We do not control those systems. We cannot guarantee that an assistant will read your information, read it correctly, present it accurately, or surface your business at all — and we are not responsible for how any third party summarises, paraphrases or acts on what we publish.
Where an assistant completes a booking through the Platform, that booking is governed by these Terms and by your own policies. Where an assistant merely describes your business, what it says is between that assistant and its user.
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third‑party outages and failures outside our control may interrupt publication or booking. Uptime commitments, where offered, apply only to plans that state them.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opereva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits or lost business, for any loss arising from goods or services you provide, or for any act or omission of a third‑party assistant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Opereva harmless from any claim arising out of the goods or services you sell, the information you publish, your licences or insurance, your dealings with your customers, or your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or close an account at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, unlawful use, or failure to maintain required permits or insurance. You may close your account at any time and export the information you have put in.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account. Questions go to support@opereva.com.
